The heating and cooling of the apartments are provided by a 22 kW air-to-water heat pump, while peak heating demands are met by a 28 kW wall-mounted condensing gas boiler as a supplementary system, featuring weather-dependent control. Energy consumption is accounted for on an apartment-by-apartment basis through digitally read heat metering. The heat pump is equipped with an H-rate meter.
The project has been granted a final occupancy permit, so our apartments will soon be ready for possession.
