1. What materials were used during construction? Who was the contractor? Do they have any references?

The construction was carried out by a well-established local construction company with 20 years of experience and numerous references in the region. During the building of the apartments, we used outstanding, durable, and long-lasting materials, including:
• Vescom vinyl wallpapers and flooring (from England)
• Sefra and Vise breathable paints for long-term wall protection
• Rigips Isover acoustic and thermal insulation plasterboard system
• Bramac premium roof tiles and gutter system
• Kommerling triple-glazed, thermal and sound-insulated doors and windows, with safety glass on surfaces under 90 cm
• Premium Italian tiles in the bathrooms

4. What type of sound insulation is provided?

The apartments are separated from each other by a three-layer wall structure:
• A main 38 cm load-bearing wall, with sound-insulating plasterboard walls on both sides

• The doors are sound-insulated, made with chipboard core and CPL surface—not paper honeycomb, but genuine quality construction

Of course. There is a 20-year warranty on the structural elements for both construction and materials, while built-in equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty (for 1 to 5 years).

7. Is it possible to take out a subsidized loan for this property?

Yes. The property meets the requirements for government-subsidized housing loans.

8. Are there shops, a doctor, a bus stop, or a school nearby?

Yes, everything is within walking distance—including one of the region's most famous thermal baths.

9. Is there a camera? Alarm system? Enclosed staircase?
